10 Obat Kencing Manis (Diabetes Melitus)

1. Ambil umbi bidara upas segar 100 gr, cuci bersih, parut dan peras. Minum setiap hari.
2. Panggang biji alpukat di atas api, dipotong kecil-kecil kemudian direbus dengan air sampai airnya menjadi kecoklatan. Saring dan minum setelah dingin.
3. Carilah undur-undur pada pasir, cuci, lalu masukkan dalam kapsul lalu minum 1 kapsul undur-undur 1 hari.
4. Ambillah batang dan daun tanaman meniran, cuci, rebus. Minum 2 kali sehari.
5. Tanaman ciplukkan direbus dengan 3 gelas air hingga menjadi 1 gelas air, saring dan minum.
6. Daun sendok ½ genggam direbus air 3 gelas hingga menjadi 2 ¼ gelas. Sehari minum 3 gelas.
7. Biji duwet 15 butir ditumbuk halus, rebus dengan 2 gelas air sampai jadi 1 gelas. Minum 3 kali sehari.
8. Kulit pohon jamblang 250 gr (basah) dipotong-potong, rebus dengan 3 gelas air hingga menjadi 2 gelas. Saring dan habiskan dalam 1 hari.
